In 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that everyone should enjoy their rights and freedoms without distinction of race, color, language ... and sex. After the war, the spirit of the founding text foreshadows the beginning of a long series of commitments, national and international, which officially aims at recognizing the rights and role of women in the world. From the 50's, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) adopted on this basis the first conventions against discrimination in employment. This discrimination between gender was the subject of several symposia, conferences, the first conference in 1975 in Mexico City. First United Nations World Conference on Women, the beginning of the decade for women exposed to the labor market. This is to provide better access to productive resources, including through income-generating projects. It is currently still the preferred approach of NGOs. However, the debates on the role of women in our different societies have evolved differently in different regions in the world. Particularly African societies have undergone various changes of feminism. Moreover, feminism in Sub-Saharan Africa has improved significantly the last years.

The UN WOMEN who want to overcome this shortcoming, the institution has initiated discussions on thematic areas of the genre. 23 and 24 July 2011 in Mexico City. Control strategies against poverty launched today in many institutions aim to take account of specific living conditions of women, without the implementation of this goal is still fully integrated into the programs.

It is dedicated to women in Sub-Saharan Africa face a growing crisis in the world. What is the role of African women in the modernization of our societies? The latter want to support the socio-economic development of their countries of origin through detailed implications of their actions. This action aims to be involved in decision making of company shares.

This project seeks to cover the following objective: to analyze the economic and financial crisis from a gender perspective, the dynamism of feminism in Sub-Saharan Africa. We can summarize this goal, assessing the level of efficiency of feminism to clean up the theme of the current financial and economic crisis in the migration process changing. Then we will proceed to identify the determinants of the effectiveness of a country to country in Sub Saharan Africa, to adopt the best practices feminism in general.

Before specifying the strength of women, it is important to place the importance of feminism in the world and the environment in Sub Saharan Africa the theme of the global crisis.

Sub-Saharan Africa is a main area of
intra-regional migration. The Maghreb countries are often considered by the sub-Saharan migrants than as steps towards Europe, although many of them are also become countries of destination (Touzenis et al. 2009). The intra-regional migration is increasingly important and increasingly feminized (OAS, 2011).

The needs and realities that are facing women and men may differ. Any approach to the mobility of the workforce must take account of disaggregated data on gender and different challenges faced by men and women. In South Africa, for example, one study showed that women migrant workers more often work in the informal sector or unskilled positions. Differences may also focus on modes of transmission of currency in the country (UN Women and IOM, 2010). These aspects underline that a universal approach for migrant workers is not possible to ensure gender equality and gender equity.

The exclusion of yesterday, women and juniors social now developing strategies to grow within the company (migration, income-generating activities, involvement in associations, etc.). In the social context is changing and it is difficult to predict what it may be without a detailed analysis of terrain.
